Pretty Lil Picnic shall in no way be liable to any injuries or illness that may occur during your picnic. I am voluntarily participating in this activity. I am participating in this activity entirely at my own risk. I understand that injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others negligence. I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring a legal action against Pretty Lil Picnic for personal injury or property damage. In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs inquired as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance. Pretty Lil Picnic is not legally responsible for any onsite injuries and compensations for medical situations that occur during your picnic. Pretty Lil Picnic is also not responsible for any illegal or criminal activity that occurs during the event.
All picnics for 2 require a 50% non-refundable retaining fee that is included in the total amount due at the time of the picnic event agreement signing. All picnics for 3 or more guests and any décor services require a 30% non-refundable retaining fee that is included in the total amount due at the time of the picnic event agreement signing. I understand that Pretty Lil Picnic is not responsible for refunding the full amount. Please notify Pretty Lil Picnic as soon as you can for a partial refund or a reschedule, that is based on availability.
Pretty Lil Picnic is happy to reschedule your reservation when given at least a 72 hours advanced notice. Rescheduling is based on availability. Last minute rescheduling will be allowed for unpredictable weather conditions. If the forecast predicts bad weather conditions on the day of your event we will allow you to reschedule the picnic to any future available date.
If you are running late, please call, text or DM your Picnic Coordinator and let them know. We will wait until you arrive to your picnic, but your picnic will still end at the scheduled time.
If any items are damaged or missing, you will be subject to pay for the cost of item plus any additional fees. Clients are responsible for all picnic décor and furniture during the duration of their picnic.
We require that all locations have parking, have easy to navigate terrain, and be 20 miles of zip code 95835. Locations that do not meet these requirements will either not be accommodated or will include a travel fee to cover for mileage and time.
Pricing / Packages
We are allowed to update pricing or make any changes on our website anytime. Pricing and packages are subject to change.
Clients will ensure that the space in where the picnic will take place is clear and ready to be set up. Parking in front of the private residence will need to be made available for set up and clean up.
I understand that per Sacramento City Code 9.04.055 under section 25620, alcohol is prohibited on public property and therefore not provided by Pretty Lil Picnic. If I choose to provide my own alcohol, Pretty Lil Picnic releases all responsibilities and liabilities related to alcohol such as tickets, injuries, accidents, etc.
Service Fee for Groups of 7+
There will be a 15% service fee that will incur for any groups with 7 or more guests. The service fee will apply only to the guests and not on add ons.
Day of Instructions
The day before your picnic, we will send detailed day-of instructions about your picnic. On the day of your picnic, around ~30 minutes to ~1 hr before your start time, we will send you a description of the exact location and share the location to the contact number you have provided.
